This smoothie satisfies my desire for chocolate! It's not quite as healthy as the all fruit and veggie versions, but sometimes it sure is nice to have a little treat in with the healthy stuff! Besides, I'm not a big meat eater, so the protein peanut butter provides is a good addition to my diet.
I was aiming to create a banana split taste, but then I also wanted a chocolate/peanut butter taste. So, I came up with this:
Big ole Spoonful of Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup Ovaltine
1 Cup Coconut Milk
(You could use water, milk, yogurt, or any other liquid you have on hand)
(Water and ice to suit your consistency preference)
